We usually recommend bringing your child in for a get-to-know-us visit at around 18 month of age.

We often will just let your child sit in the chair and have a quick look in their mouth to make sure all the teeth are developing and erupting in properly. Usually at this age, we will not attempt to do a cleaning

Usually at this age, we will not attempt to do a cleaning. However, usually at around age 3, most kids are capable of sitting in the chair long enough for a teeth cleaning and a brief exam by Dr. Sheets.
